Jonathon M. Wall is facing serious criminal charges after posing as a federal agent to gain entry into a VIP room at Comic Con in Salt Lake City.
Mr. Wall dressed as an Air Force officer and told people he needed a pair of passes to the VIP lounge room. He claimed that a fugitive he was after was inside the room and he needed access. Mr. Wall later said that he didn’t think anyone would believe him. A suspicious security guard called the Air Force, which then dispatched agents to question and apprehend Mr. Wall.
Jonathon M. Wall could face a $250,000 fine and could see up to three years in prison for the offense.
